MiniLy provides a URL shortening service with link tracking, analytics, QR code generation, and related features. The service is available in two tiers:

Applicable Sanctions:
These sanctions may be applied without notice and are final. No refund of subscription fees will be granted in case of sanctions resulting from a violation of these terms.
6.1 Free Plan
The Free plan is available at no cost and does not require a credit card. It remains available indefinitely and is not subject to billing.
6.2 Pro Plan
The Pro plan is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. Current pricing is displayed on the pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected billing interval.
6.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
6.4 Price Changes
MiniLy reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. If you do not accept the new pricing, you may cancel before the change applies.
6.5 Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., accidental duplicate payment, extended service outage), refund requests can be sent to contact@minily.org and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

In case of third-party claims: The user agrees to handle their own defense and indemnify MiniLy for any damages suffered.
The MiniLy service, its source code, design, and all its elements are the exclusive property of Boehm Corentin. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
