Our service allows the creation of shortened links (URL shortening) and tracking of their usage statistics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, without notice and without justification.

4. Usage Rules and Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the service for:

• Illegal Content: Any content violating French or international laws
• Phishing and Fraud: Phishing sites, identity theft, scams
• Malware: Distribution of viruses, malicious software, ransomware
• Hate Content: Incitement to hatred, discrimination, harassment
• Intellectual Property: Copyright infringement, trademark violations
• Spam: Mass distribution of unsolicited messages
• Pornographic Content: Sexually explicit material, pornography
• Violence: Incitement to violence, terrorism, extremist content
• Fraudulent Activities: Scams, Ponzi schemes, financial fraud
• System Circumvention: Attempts to bypass security systems

This list is not exhaustive. Any content deemed inappropriate by MiniLy may be removed without notice.

5. Moderation and Sanctions

MiniLy reserves the exclusive and discretionary right to:

• Delete, disable, or modify any link without notice or justification
• Suspend or permanently ban any user account
• Refuse service access to any person
• Modify the settings of any existing link
• Report to competent authorities any information in case of suspected illegal activity

Applicable Sanctions:

• Warning: Notification of terms violation
• Temporary Suspension: Account suspension for a determined period
• Link Deletion: Immediate removal of non-compliant links
• Permanent Ban: Permanent prohibition from using the service

These sanctions may be applied without notice and are final. No refund will be granted in case of sanctions.

6. Responsibilities and Limitations

User Responsibility:

• You are entirely responsible for the content of the links you create
• You guarantee having all necessary rights to share the content
• You agree to indemnify MiniLy against any claims related to your links

MiniLy's Liability Limitation:

• MiniLy is not responsible for content pointed to by shortened links
• MiniLy does not guarantee permanent service availability
• MiniLy cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages
• MiniLy acts as a technical host and not as content publisher

In case of third-party claims: The user agrees to handle their own defense and indemnify MiniLy for any damages suffered.

7. Intellectual Property

The MiniLy service, its source code, design, and all its elements are the exclusive property of Boehm Corentin. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Data Protection
