Gebouwd voor teams
Team management—MiniLy's Enterprise tier—turns individual link management into a shared workspace. Instead of links scattered across personal accounts and spreadsheets, a team gets one shared library, shared custom domains, role-based permissions, and team-wide analytics under a single bill.
The honest scope: this is collaboration and access control for a group, built on the same link and analytics engine as the rest of MiniLy. It is not an enterprise SSO/SAML, SCIM-provisioning, or advanced-governance product. If your procurement checklist requires those, MiniLy's team tier will not tick every box yet.
Pricing is transparent and seat-based: a base fee of 10 EUR/month (or 96 EUR/year) plus 2 EUR/month per seat (or 19.20 EUR/year per seat). The owner is included in the base fee, and you only pay for active seats.
Hoe het werkt
Setup is four steps: create a team (name it and pick a slug), invite members by email, share your custom domains, and start tracking team-wide performance. Invitees join via a secure token link.
Roles are fixed and clear:
- Owner (exactly one per team): controls billing, ownership transfer, and team deletion. Ownership can be transferred.
- Admin: manages members, domains, and links.
- Member: creates and manages links within the shared workspace.
Owners and Admins add members by email; removing a member revokes access immediately and stops billing that seat at the next cycle. There is no hard cap on team size—you scale by adding seats. Your personal Pro plan, if you have one, stays completely separate from the team Enterprise subscription.
Teambeheer
The team workspace fits groups that publish links collectively and need shared visibility:
- Marketing teams: one shared library and branded domain so campaigns stay consistent and discoverable.
- Agencies: manage links and domains on behalf of clients with role-controlled access.
- Organizations with multiple contributors: replace ad-hoc spreadsheets with a single source of truth.
Team analytics aggregate clicks across the workspace and break performance down by member and by link, so owners can see who is creating links and how they perform.

Where the team tier stops: roles are limited to three fixed levels (Owner, Admin, Member)—there are no custom roles or fine-grained per-resource permissions beyond what those roles allow. There is exactly one Owner, so shared ownership is not possible; you transfer ownership rather than co-own.
MiniLy does not currently offer enterprise identity features such as SAML/SSO single sign-on, SCIM user provisioning, or directory sync, nor advanced audit logging beyond the per-member click breakdown. There is no public API and no white-label option, so you cannot embed MiniLy under your own brand or automate team operations programmatically. Billing is seat-based and straightforward, but it is a single owner-managed subscription—not departmental billing or purchase-order workflows. For small-to-mid teams that want shared links, shared domains, and clear analytics, it fits well; for large enterprises with strict IT governance requirements, evaluate those gaps first.
